I recommend this product

so grateful

I am so grateful that Em and Friends still make empathy cards. There are no other resources out there that speak so well to the hard stuff. I wish it was easier to find them in stores, but I am grateful for their website. I love the box so I always have one on hand when needed.

Great card for the Hard Stuff

I have reached the age where I keep a stack of sympathy cards on hand for those who have lost a loved one, many of them from Em & Friends. This card fills a huge gap in the standard commercial lines that acknowledges life is full of hard stuff that didn't go according to plan, without being flippant.

Apt

This is second empathy card I’ve bought from Em & Friends and it just works. Somehow encapsulates the pain of loss without pretension. I’m so happy these are available.

For those times when you don’t know what to say

Sent this to my SIL whose Dad passed suddenly. She said it was the best card she received. Sometimes there’s nothing to say or do to make things better, but you want to do something anyway.
