When you don't know what to say, Em & Friends does.

These cards express heartfelt feelings in a way that is appropriately upbeat. When a drugstore "In Sympathy" card feels corny or doesn't strike the right note, try these!

Empathy Card Box & others

I love to send cards to people, & these cards reflect what I want to say. I like having an assortment of cards that I can send that truly sound like something I would say to someone, letting them know I care. I sent the #FuckCancer card to a dear friend, & she loved that it reflected her anger at this disease. Bravo!

Sympathy cards that don’t ****

Finally sympathy cards that don’t make people feel like punching you in the face. Perfect for people who actually get it.

These are well worded and perfect!

I bought these to have on hand! I am a very traditional card sender and think it shows how much you are thinking of someone to take the time to send a "real" card. A friend has a son who is battling a brain tumor, I send her the "let me punch the first person.." card, when she got it she texted, "thanks for getting it". I think that says it all. So often cards are worthless platitudes, these cards feel authentic and genuine!

I Wish More People Knew About These Cards!

I hate platitudes, but I want my friends and family who are going through something to know that I care, I'm there for them, and I know the situation just out-and-out sucks. Enter Emily's Empathy Cards! The box the cards come in is lovely enough to display, sturdy enough to last a long time, and the cards within are perfect for reaching out and telling folks you care. 11/10 would buy again. And again.

Sadly need to stock up more

I’ve always loved these cards, and so I bought this set two weeks ago. Sadly, I find myself sending one or two a day to people dealing with sickness or death related to coronavirus. I need to restock already. But people who receive the cards are very appreciative, and always say it was the perfect thing. Plus, supporting an amazing woman-owned business is a great thing to do always!
