Yay, we made a guided gratitude journal! (Would it be too meta to say "You're welcome!"?)
Sincerely though, this journal is filled with inspiring words, prompts, questions, and art to help you start noticing the good stuff more often, and feel happier for real. (It's science!) This journal is also pretty and fun, which means it's kind of a homerun gift.

Love it - I actually do it daily :)
I have a one line a day journal that I have done for over 5 years. It makes journally about my day do-able. I like being able to look back at previous years and see what I have done on that day. This journal has a similar appeal - it is really do-able and I believe in the premise what you focus on you give power to, and I wanted to focus more on being grateful and seeing that in my world and life. I like the prompts but freedom of this journal - the fun spaces they’ve created - and that one page is super easy to use in 5 minutes. There is flexibility to it. Anyhoo - its a great addition to my nightly routine. I am truly grateful!
