BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I ordered a variety of products as a care package for a friend going through a ****** divorce. She lives at the corner of 2 similarly named streets and I messed up the address and it was returned to the company, who sent it back without charging me anything more! THEN, it was delivered incorrectly (we still don't know where it went - hope those people enjoy their girl power products!) and they sent it all AGAIN and AGAIN didn't charge me! Honestly, it was great communication and I can't say enough good things. Obviously, the products are top notch, too, but that's unsurprising considering how great the customer service is.

Universal Pin

I got this for every 2020 graduate I knew. I got this for every friend with cancer, everyone going through a divorce, an illness, an everyday nibbled-to-death-by-ducks existence, every stay-at-home mom who isn’t valued because they don’t contribute to the capitalist machine. I could give this to everyone I know, because everyone is just doing the best they can with what they have, and that deserves a medal.

It’s in the past now...

Got this for 2 friends—one said she especially loved that it said SURVIVED & not survivor, because it was in the past & she was more than a survivor. The other friend, who’s in her late 60’s, kept looking at the pin in amazement and saying “I did, didn’t I. Well then. I survived.” Powerful moment. Thanks for helping it happen.
